Throughout your program, you will receive continual feedback. Your Rewards Online consultant will have access to a series of online management reports during the campaign to gauge its effectiveness. You have the option of receiving these detailed reports for further analysis. These include:

  • Participants who have logged in
  • Points Accumulated
  • Points Redeemed
  • Products Redeemed
  • Participants who have never logged in
  • Top performers
  • Top performing states
  • Worst performers

You can also choose your own indicators and parameters that you would like us to report on. It is entirely flexible.
