The Procedure - how it works

1. Development Phase Rewards Online creates your own customised and dedicated website, that can be accessed via a link on your own website/ intranet or via a specified URL. You have the choice to mirror the look and feel of your brand, or to choose a separate creative theme to suit your needs.

2. Registration Your participants can register themselves online or we can simply upload your database from your customer/staff information system.

3. Self-Access Each of your participants will receive a login ID and password to access the site, and they can update their personal details at any time, keeping your database up to date and cleansed.

4. Points Accrual On a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, reward points can be easily uploaded to the website from data downloaded direct from your existing accounting and software systems such as MYOB. Online point statements give participants full details of points accrued and transaction details at any time. An approval feature can also be implemented to ensure new points are verified before being uploaded.

5. Claiming Rewards When sufficient points have been accrued, rewards can be ordered online. Participants browse through the rewards catalogue and view images and descriptions in greater detail. Because it is all web-based, this process can take place anywhere (e.g. at home). Fulfilment and delivery of goods are all taken care of by the redemption staff at Rewards Online.
