Companies and Branches

Rewards Online is fully committed to protecting your privacy and that of your staff, customers, agents and resellers. We will only use the information given to us for the purposes for which it is intended as detailed below for Companies, Groups and Individuals. Your Company's web page, as well as the web pages established for your Branches, Groups and Individuals are password protected. All the information contained therein is secure from the eyes of unauthorised persons or companies.

Our Privacy Statement for Groups and Individuals is set out below. It will appear on all relevant web pages and clearly states that we will not pass on any personal information to any person or entity that does not need the information for the express purpose of delivering rewards.

At a Company level, we fully understand that the information we are dealing with is sensitive and valuable to your Organization. The information will only be accessible to staff within Rewards Online on a "need to know basis" and will be compartmentalised to protect your interests. All our staff will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement in relation to our client's information and only Rewards Online Directors and Senior Management will have access to any form of aggregated information.

Under no circumstances will other Companies using the Rewards Online system be given access to any information about your Company. Nor will they be permitted to communicate with your staff, clients, agents or resellers using Rewards Online facilities or information gathered by us.

The following paragraphs set out what information we collect at the Company level and what purposes it is used for.

What information do we collect on administrators of Companies or Branches:

When a Company registers, we request the following information on individuals that are listed as administrators of the Rewards Online program:

1. LoginID
2. Name
3. Position Held
4. Password
5. Email Address
6. Phone & Fax Numbers

What we do with the information you provide?

1. The LoginID is a unique identifier to enable our system to differentiate between individual administrators and to provide an additional level of security when combined with your password. It will not be made available to any other person or entity.
2. Administrators Names are used to enable us to know who is authorised to act in an administrative role with your Rewards Online program and to give us a point of contact. Administrator's names will not be released to any third party.
3. Position Held information is used to enable us to ascertain the appropriate administrator to contact in various situations. Position Held information will not be released to any third party.
4. Each administrator will be asked to establish his or her own secret Password. This password will be required by to gain access to various levels of the Rewards Online system. It ensures that only authorised persons can gain access to protected information or functions. Passwords will never be displayed on screen and are not captured in a format that is accessible to any individual.
5. Email addresses are required to communicate with administrators and will only be used for matters relating to Rewards Online. Email addresses will not be rented or passed on to third parties.
6. Phone & Fax information is required to contact administrators where personal contact is required. This information will not be rented or passed on to third parties.

Groups and Individuals

Rewards Online is fully committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes for which it is intended. Your personal web page and all the information contained therein is safe and secure from the eyes of unauthorised persons or companies.

What information do we collect on Individuals or Groups?

When you register, we request the following information:

1. LoginID
2. Password
3. Name & Address
4. Email Address
5. Phone & Fax Numbers

What we do with the information you provide?

1. Your LoginID is a unique identifier to enable our system to differentiate between individuals or groups and to provide an additional level of security when combined with your password. It will not be made available to any other person or entity.
2. Your Password is the key to the security of your information and it will never appear on a Rewards Online screen. The only way that anyone can find out your Password is if you tell him or her, or if you record it somewhere in a form that can be deciphered, or if you compose it from information that can be deduced and/or guessed (eg birthdays, pet names, phone numbers etc).
3. Your Name and Address is used to facilitate delivery of rewards when you decide to redeem reward points. This information will only be given to staff and companies, on a "need to know basis", that are involved in the delivery chain. Rewards Online will not disclose or rent your name & address to a third party who does not need it for delivery purposes.
4. Your Email Address will be used by us to communicate with you about Rewards Online matters only. It will not be used to communicate with you on other matters and will not be rented or passed on to a third party.
5. As with other personal information, your Phone Numbers will only be used to contact you to discuss Rewards Online matters, eg to arrange a delivery. It will not be rented or passed on to a third party who does not need it for delivery purposes.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small data transfers made by your browser from web sites to your computer hard drive. The "Cookies" generated by Rewards Online are session based and auto-delete from the system once the session is completed. They will not be stored on your hard drive.

Correcting/Updating Your Details

Your personal information can be changed or updated by you at any time via your individual password protected page of the web site.
