Following are the steps required to get a Rewards Online program underway:
- Development Phase - Rewards Online creates your own customized and dedicated website that can be accessed via a link on your own website or URL. It will have the look and feel of your company and the transition is seamless.
- Registration - Participants can register for your rewards program online or we can upload information from your customer or staff information system. Each participant will be given a unique Login ID and password that they can use to login to their own personalized rewards account.

- Rewards Points – On a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, rewards points can be easily uploaded to thewebsite from data downloaded direct from your existing accounting software system (eg MYOB). Online points statements give participants full details at any time. An approval feature has also been built in to ensure new points are verified and approved before being uploaded.
- Rewards Catalogue – Participants can browse through your personalized rewards catalogue at any time. The catalogue is divided into categories for easy browsing. The participant can view an enlarged image and a full description of the products that they are interested in. Rewards can be added or taken away at any time.
